At SALS CLOTHING, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 calendar days from the date of item delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
* Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in identical original condition as received.
* All original labels, tags, and protective packaging must remain intact.
* Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation number) must be provided.
Exempt & Non-Returnable Goods
For statutory hygiene and public health safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
* Underwear, intimate apparel, and swimwear.
* Pierced jewelry and earrings.
* Gift cards and promotional final-sale items.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team at Contact@salsclothing.shop with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. If approved, we will provide you with specific return authorization instructions and the appropriate return hub address.
3. Packages sent back to us without prior return approval will be rejected.
4. Unless an item was defective, damaged, or dispatched in error, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Defective Deliveries
Please check your items upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece of clothing or accessory, email us immediately with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the UK and European Union have the legal right to cancel and return orders within 14 calendar days of receiving their items without providing justification.
Refund Processing
Once your returned merchandise arrives and completes inspection, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund is automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
